Ignorants and wrong masters

The judge

1.Upon the hill, a cripple man
Is teaching others how to run
He tells of speed, his eyebrows frown,
But he lacks the guts to come down.

2.His ruthless eyes throw laser beams,
He doesn't know the shades of dawn
Comes uninvited in your home
And makes all folks listen and yawn.

3.Upon the hill, a boring man
Is teaching others to behave
Announces what is best for you,
And yet he doesn't know your name.

4.Little, blank man, if you came down
The world would be a little neater
Because in fact, the world to you
Is only Terra Incognita.
