Happy Easter and stay united!

Together

We are droplets of the same light
Each one swallowed by the dark
But together we are the sun
Containing every single spark

We are just colors which vibrate
Get scattered by the wind
But together we are the rainbow
We shine, we thrive, we sing.

We are but withered, tired petals
Which bath in rays of gold
Together we are lively flowers
When spring comes, we unfold.

Like dusty, muddy, little stones
We cleave when the earth shakes
But when together we unite,
The levee never breakes.

Happy Easter, people!
Love & Light in your souls!

Emigration

Thoughts of an emigrant

1. Mother, I’m sorry, but I have to go
Tomorrow I’ll be sitting in a row
With a ticket, in a car,
Taking me away and far.

2. Because, you see, this place is dry
Except for all the tears we cry
But you will not remain dried up
From what I’ll drink, I’ll share a drop.

3. My friend, I’ll miss your funny jokes
And last night when we played that hoax.
I’ll write a letter just to share
How misunderstood I am there.

4. Lucky me, I have no child!
Because they would have grown up wild
Without anyone to bother,
Without the love of a mother!

5. This tired, rusty ship is sinking
And I will flee before I drown
To a new shore I must keep swimming
The current will not drag me down.
