With a young soul in an old body,

“No”, said all,

But the fall

And the dried leaves overall.

“Yes, you are,

How bizarre…”

Said some voices from afar.

2.Am I the only one

Who’s looking young, but thinking old,

“Yes, you are,

Unfortunately,

If you weren’t, where would we be?”

“No, flyleaf,

What a grief!”,

Said a dull empty time thief.

3.So next time you think you are

The one in inverted colors,

Don’t ask yourself,

Weird stuff it tells,

Go live on the higher shelves.

Who knows who

You’ll bump into,

Maybe me, cuz I’m like you.

Bad trip inside

Look at yourself

1.One day, one day,

I looked in a mirror,

Saw the darkness and started to shiver,

It asked me what I would do with a million,

Better than ones who now have a trillion?

2.One day, one day,

I drank a new potion,

Was overwhelmed with such an emotion,

Saw the sins dwelling all the way through,

The lack of power to make them come true.

3.One day, one day,

I looked at an elder,

Thinking he was too fast to surrender,

Then a voice said, girl you must be joking,

Look at yourself, you can’t even quit smoking.

4.So the next time,

Just look in a mirror,

If you have none, go find a calm river,

If you find none, then look in a puddle,

Before the light, you must walk through the tunnel.

Mouths full of venom

1.If all that you see is black,

Maybe it’s a brain you lack,

It would help you to see colors,

Gives insight for pleasant hours.

2.If all you do is complain,

Staining what you haven’t made,

And what others made for you,

Don’t wait to be looked up to.

3.If you’re only looking west,

Then put yourself to a test:

Live in a jar every day,

Earning less, far and away!

4.If still all you see is black,

Maybe you just can’t look up!

And your body has a trauma,

Maybe caused by childhood drama.

5.Maybe you lack education,

Or suffer from deep frustration,

But to heal means to perceive,

You don’t get if you don’t give.
