And you can cry and not pretend,

The lyrics aren’t sad,

The love songs make you glad.

2.The empty words

(Cuz I find what I need elsewhere)”

Sound better than the looks of gold,

But are in fact recklessly cold.

3.She slays herself

To be liked by society,

Which loves big stuff and won’t accept sobriety,

Like when your head is like a dark cave full of bats.

Why need someone when you have a bed full of cats?

Dance their song, but never whistle,

How many failures does it take

To know you’re on the wrong track?

2.Too many papers, too few flowers,

Too many days, not enough hours,

Illness comes

And there’s no turning back.

Like fancy clothes cover your seams.
